A custom site main switchboard was built to handle the large cables required to run over 200 metres to the distribution boards, with KRC managing the installation end to end. Ground works covered power runs to the house and arena, plus sub mains to the stables and truck shed.
The fit-out included power, data, security and CCTV installations, with LED highbays, panels and downlights throughout. 2.4-metre ceiling fans keep air moving in the stables, flood lighting covers the driveways and carparking areas, and gate controls and hardware were supplied, set up and supported by KRC.
